    The Central ordering system in Scarborough is terrible. The person who answered the phone did not seem to know the menu, did not listen to my order (had to say three times that my two dinners order were identical, so he would stop adding side dishes to one and not the other...) and then accidentally cut me off. (and did not call back, despite asking for my phone number at the beginning of the conversation. ) I gave up and walked into the Swiss Chalet to put in my order, but only because I had promised to do this for a patient in the hospital across the street. I won't use this advance order system again.
